MoodFood – Preventing Depression Through Food

EASO is the dissemination WP Leader in the EU funded project MooDFOOD.  MooDFOOD is led by Marjolein Visser and Ingeborg Brouwer of the Department of Health Sciences from the VU University and has been granted nearly €9 million to investigate over 5 years how food intake, nutrient status, food-related behaviour and obesity are linked to the development of depression.   MooDFOOD is funded by the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Commission (FP7-KKBE-2013-2-1-01)
